Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson

The hotel is conveniently located near various dining options.

I had severe issues with the cleanliness of the carpets throughout the hotel, and the air conditioning was poorly controllable, leaving me uncomfortable. The breakfast was downright disappointing as food quality was just average and the coffee machines were often out of service. To top it off, the reception staff seemed overwhelmed, leaving guests waiting, and I noticed a general lack of attention to hygiene among the personnel.

A marvellous and unbeatable location near bars and restaurants. Lots of bars and cafes nearby. Nice styled units with an extra sofa bed, a Nespresso coffee machine plus a great rain shower.

Been many times to hotel....refurbishment by Novotel is excellent. Took an executive room...enjoyed the space and watching High Tech TV from the comfortable settee with a free drink from the minibar! Breakfasts were great in a bright fresh well furnished room. The central location is excellent with plenty bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

One slight negative was hot dishes at breakfast were not really hot! Food and service at Capoul restaurant were poorer than experienced on previous visits.

Unexpected charm in a central location

The hotel shines with its prime location, just a stone's throw from Toulouse's top attractions. Friendly staff offered useful tips, and the included free minibar was a good surprise.

While my room wassuper clean and cozy, the parking situation was confusing, and the breakfast lacked variety for a 4-star hotel. I also faced a lengthy deposit hold post-checkout.

Very stylish and modern. Spa facilites likewise. Good location in what was for us a surprisingly clean, pleasant, friendly city. Easy walk from Train Station.

Convenient location, but room for improvement

Enjoyed the modern decor and effective WiFi. The nearby brasserie provided delicious dinner options. The check-in process was confusing, with unexpected charges. Suggest verifying billing details upon arrival to avoid issues.

Everything was fabulous. Welcoming, helpful (and multi-ligual) staff. Large room with huge bed, all beautifully serviced every day with fresh smooth linen and new toiletries. Good wifi. We had the Executive double, with the free mini-bar, sofa, dressing gown etc all as promised. Lovely light entrance lobby, with unobtrusive children's corner having bean bags, small games and a Kinect machine - we saw parents were very pleased at this touch. Excellent varied buffet breakfast with hot food, pastries, meats and a vast choice of jams to go with your toast or croissant. Good location in centre; also only a short walk from the airport shuttle bus stop. We highly recommend.

Nothing wrong with the hotel at all. But Toulouse is a grubby, uninteresting place strewn with litter and vagrants. For a city break go to Lyon. However if you must come to Toulouse, the Novotel Centre Wilson should be your choice. Don't get confused with the other Novotel, also called "Centre" but actually a 20 minute walk away in a seedy part of town.

The room was newly decorated and functional, included with tea, an extra sofa bed, free mini bar.

Staying at Novotel Toulouse was a delight! Super comfy bed and the split design in the bathroom was quirky. Lovely spot to grab dinner nearby too. Just a bit bummed about the confusing parking details. A solid experience!

Central location

I could not redeem points on my novotel club card as the booking was not made direct. I disagree with this policy since I still chose to use Novotel even though via Booked.net

Design hotel, modern, bright

room 355 looked into interior atrium, couldnt sleep with the window open because of the noise of electical or AC equipment below us outside.

The drinks at the bar were nice, but the app wasn't great for room service.

Location and the breakfast

No twin beds which I had requested when booking and paper cups in the room.

Clean and good location

Only few English tv channels, free wifi was extremely slow I booked for a family, 2 adults and 2 kids, but the hotel was prepared for only 2 adults, I had to show my booking and convince them that the booking was for a family
