The breakfast was downright disappointing as food quality was just average and the coffee machines were often out of service. To top it off, the reception staff seemed overwhelmed, leaving guests waiting, and I noticed a general lack of attention to hygiene among the personnel.

Staying at Novotel Toulouse was a delight! Super comfy bed and the split design in the bathroom was quirky. Lovely spot to grab dinner nearby too. Just a bit bummed about the confusing parking details. a solid experience!

The drinks at the bar were nice, but the app wasn’t great for room service.

Delayed deposit returns could use improvement!!! Communication about parking access was confusing!!! Shower design flaws created impracticality in the bathroom!!! No clear drop-off area arriving by car!!!

Two nights in the Superior Double Room were quite enjoyable. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxation, while the polite and professional staff made the experience even more pleasant. A standout culinary moment was enjoying the octopus millefeuille, which was a unique and delightful dish. parking was problematic. the lack of an on-site option combined with steep hourly rates at nearby facilities made arrivals stressful.

I spent a night here and was pleasantly surprised by the quirky decor and the amazing shower. although the pillows were a bit too firm for me, the comfort level of the room exceeded my expectations.

The hotel room was immaculate , showcasing a level of cleanliness that stood out. The central location was perfect for exploring local attractions without any hassle. The parking arrangement was seamless , which made our stay much more convenient.

The breakfast didn’t quite meet my expectations for a 4 hotel.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and a bar area. I still remember how the staff helped return my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a comfortable experience! I'm coming back for Easter.

this hotel is super clean and the location is amazin, right in the middle of the city with shops and restaurants everywhere. also, the free minibar was a nice touch, esp the choco bars. i liked that the room was quiet too, i couldn't hear the streets at all! the staff were friendly to me, which is always a good sign.

but the breakfast was kinda disappointing for a 4-star place, and the check-in process felt really cold. also, had a problem with my room key which was really annoyin.
